UWS Today- News letter
We publish an online quarterly newsletter; where we cover updates on recent projects, general membership information, Articles, reports and up coming activities.
We encourage all our members to write articles and send them to us so that we are able to include them in the next issue. We would thus like to encourage those who have not yet renewed membership and encourage others to join as soon as possible in order to enjoy the service and the next news letter will be out soon.
Public Talk
In an effort to increase public awareness about the environment and the resources in the country through public talks increase WWF-Uganda partnered with UWS have managed to deliver these public talks about oil and gas development in the country.
The public talks are regularly held every last Thursday of the month at the Uganda Museum. The information will be communicated and hosted on the website.
AGM 2011
UWS is will hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 15 February/ 2011. All members are reminded to renew their membership dues so that they can fully participate in the event .
